FactoryDuel is a blind sample comparison service for sourcing from Chinese factories. Here is the full process, end to end.
1.You search, we match
Enter your product and pick 3, 5 or 8 factories. We match distinct 1688 factories (never the same shop twice) with live pricing, and quote the full landed cost instantly.
2.We purchase & inspect
After payment, we buy one sample from each factory. Everything arrives at our warehouse, where each piece is inspected and photographed — you see the photos in your order page while you wait.
3.Blind labeling
We remove all original branding and labels, then tag each sample A, B, C… A printed comparison card lists price band, MOQ band and lead-time band per letter — but never the factory name.
4.One box to your door
All samples ship together in a single international parcel with tracking. One customs clearance, one delivery.
5.You rate & choose
Score each sample on quality, material and accuracy. Your ratings feed your order page — and our factory quality database.
6.Audit, then go big
Ready to commit? Order a factory audit (from $99) or request a bulk quote. That's when we reveal your winner's identity and put people on the ground.

Why are factories anonymous?
So you judge samples on quality alone — and so the comparison stays honest. Factory identity is revealed when you order a factory audit or place a bulk order for your chosen sample.
What does the service fee cover?
Buying from each factory, receiving at our warehouse, QC with photos, removing original branding, blind labeling (A/B/C), a printed comparison card, and consolidation into one box.
Sample quality vs. bulk quality?
A great sample doesn't guarantee great mass production — that's exactly why we offer on-the-ground factory audits before you commit to a bulk order.
What can't you ship?
Food, cosmetics, standalone batteries, replicas/branded goods, and other restricted categories.
How long does it take?
Typically 5–7 days to collect all samples at our warehouse, then 7–12 days international shipping depending on destination.
